The Laser Module by Unilab is a new innovative solution developed by our in-house NPD team for conducting a number of light experiments, including the diffraction of light. The Laser Modules can be placed on a desk or flat surface with a white screen 1M in front. When switched on, the laser pointer is projected onto the screen. A diffraction grating can then be used to split the beam of light. The Laser Module is available in 4 variations, each sold separately: Red Laser (Wavelength: 650nm) Green Laser (Wavelength: 520nm) Blue Laser (Wavelength: 450nm) Dual Laser (Red & Green) Each unit comprises of a different coloured laser inside a stable plastic housing. There is a slide carrier on the front of each Laser box to accommodate a standard 50mm x 50mm Diffraction Grating - available separately. The lasers all have a output power rating of less than 1mW. Supply Voltage: 4.5V DC (3 x AA batteries - not included) Students should be no closer than 1M from a Laser Experiment.
