1 .There’s always someone I can lean on for support. Whether it’s another Travel Counsellor through one of the WhatsApp groups, a check-in with my mentor or the 24/7 team at head office, I’m never alone.
2 .There are endless opportunities to increase my travel knowledge. I join as many events as I can and have completed courses such as the 12-week Set Sail cruise training programme. Our online training platform, Discover, is great, and I’ve been fortunate enough to attend multiple fam trips recently, including a river cruise and a Sri Lankan adventure.
3 .I’ve launched a business that works around me and my priorities in life, without having difficult targets to meet. Becoming a Travel Counsellor has also really helped to boost my confidence.
