SHOWCASE SHOWCASE
3 COMPANY CULTURE
We live and breathe travel, so you would be working with like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they do, in a friendly and sociable office environment. We have more than 1,100 staff in 47 travel centres across the UK and Ireland. We also try to give back:
Trailfinders has donated more than £100 million to charities for
medical research, military veterans and community projects, while our partnership with the Woodland Trust has helped to plant more than one million trees. As a home-grown company,
we are proud to offer genuine career prospects – we’re committed to in-house promotion and staff development. Trailfinders has one of the best remuneration packages in the industry and excellent travel perks.
OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT MY JOB
Esther L er Levinin sales team leader
1 .The training and development are amazing. I have been supported in learning the systems and coached on how best to handle clients’ enquiries, as well as achieving a distinction in the Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.
2 .The incredible benefits make you feel appreciated and rewarded, from incentives to heavily discounted holidays and educational trips. I have been lucky enough to go on my first safari, see the Great Wall of China and explore Saint Lucia.
3 .Career progression is clear and efficient. Promotions are target based so that you can measure your progress and set objectives accordingly. There are ample opportunities to apply for leadership roles – I joined Trailfinders in October 2023 and I am proud to be a sales team leader already.
