1 .Every day, I get to form strong relationships with clients – there is no better feeling than seeing them walk away happy. It’s not just about booking a flight or hotel, it’s about creating memories that my clients will remember forever.


2 .The team I work with are amazing. In the branch, it’s such a friendly atmosphere. Between them, my colleagues have more than 100 years of experience and knowledge between them that they generously use to guide me, answer my questions or lend a hand when I need it.


3 .I enjoy the mix of creativity and problem solving – no two days are ever the same. I love finding out about new destinations, attractions and holidays that I would have never considered myself before learning about them.
