FLOORING TECHNOLOGIES
DIGITAL PRINTING SOLUTIONS
A line incorporating an industrial digital printer allows for extreme flexibility, quick set-up; and the ability to provide highly customised products means you can hold minimal stock of semi-finished products. Before/after digital printing, our other machines will handle sealing and all other coating layers.
SYNTHETIC FLOORING MATERIALS
In the case of LVT or SPC flooring, we have perfected different processes. These include latest-generation industrial digital printers. By using a selection of 3D image files, the parquet flooring effect will be almost impossible to tell apart from the real wooden equivalent.
ROLLER COATING SOLUTIONS
Our Smartcoater PRO and Smartparquet equipment provide a cost-efficient solution for medium to high volumes. Advanced technologies and patents featured on these roller coaters handle 1300 mm widths and 600 mm for parquet. Bespoke solutions for creating antique-style parquet flooring are available and incorporate brushing, wiping, denibbing machines and curing ovens.
THE XPRESS SOLUTION FOR PARQUET
XPress Parquet from our German factory is a continuous press with a compact footprint for the non-stop production of 2-layer engineered parquet flooring made from wood and wood composites. It handles base material of any length and runs at up to 100 metres/min. enabling an output of 4000 sqm/shift.
