MDXapp - the Campus Experience in the student’s pocket
What is the MDXapp
MDXapp is Middlesex University’s official student mobile application that allows students to manage their day-to-day student life on and off campus. The app was developed in collaboration with the Students’ Union (MDXSU) to make sure every student gets the most out of their time here.
How to download the MDXapp
The MDXapp is available for: iPhone and Android Devices and as a Web App. Instructions on how to download MDXapp:
1. Go to your App Store 2. Search for “MDXapp” 3. Install and accept Terms and Conditions 4. Log in with your Middlesex University student IT User ID and Password

Students can view tiles on the MDXapp (please note the tiles below are key features: there are many more features and tiles may appear in a different order and layout from below):
View upcoming lectures, seminars or practical sessions in an instant
University email inbox in one centralised and convenient place
Quick answers to queries and useful information from the MDX support services
Latest results as well as an overview of progression throughout the year
Links to Moodle personal learning portal with details of course, modules and assignments
Use Library Search to check personal loans, renewals and reservations
A list of the available computers on campus with links through to the campus map
Live updates from TFL on local transport routes to identify the quickest travel routes
A detailed room-level campus map
The app includes an events feed from UniHub, the official student website
