Library and Student Support Practical help in the Sheppard Library is available through the Library and Learning Spaces Team.


The team can be contacted on 07785 447466, Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and at weekends 11am to 6pm during Term Time. There are staff located at the Library Help Points on most floors that can assist with: — printing — binding — locating items online and face-to-face — issues arising from noise and ventilation — library account and charges queries Please refer students to http://unihub.mdx.ac.uk/study/library/library-services/borrowing-returning-and-charges


Alternatively students can come to the UniHelp Desk for help with borrowing and returning items and other library related enquiries.
