If a student’s housing situation changes (e.g. if they are experiencing domestic problems, including issues with their landlord, difficult personal circumstances, rent arrears and eviction), please refer the student to the following support services:

Please note that priority will be given to local residents. They are available every Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm during teaching term time.

www.mydeposits.co.uk/tenants UniHelp: If a student has an enquiry about Council Tax, including the Council Tax Letter, please them to UniHelp for advice.
Please note: There are Resident Assistants living in all the Halls that can provide help and support to students with regard to Halls of Residence and welfare concerns.
