Diploma Supplements, Certificates and Verifications: If a student requires their Diploma Supplement and Certificate:
The initial Diploma Supplement and Certificate are free of charge. If the student requires a replacement and they graduated after 1993, they need to order this via the online store using the Academic Registry link;

All requests from third parties, (i.e. employers and agencies), should be sent to
verifications@mdx.ac.uk Information which can be confirmed is attendance dates, award date and final award qualifications. Certificates and Diploma Supplements can also be assessed and verified.
Please advise students that third party agencies (such as recruitment companies, referencing agencies or background screening companies) must provide a signed letter of consent from the student, allowing the University to release the information requested. There is a charge for this service.
Award Letters (confirmation of students’ programme and classification details) can be provided free of charge from UniHelp:
