A confidential counselling service is available by self- referral. The student can contact the following services during core opening hours:

Drop-in appointments are available at 2pm daily (Monday – Friday). No appointment needed – students can just turn up. Students can view further information on appointments, confidentiality, frequently asked questions and helpsheets at:

Middlesex Student Union Advice Team also offers a free confidential, impartial advice service. They can be emailed at
studentadvice@mdx.ac.uk
If a student has a general enquiry whilst settling in such as timetabling, ID cards, IT issues and programme information please refer them to UniHelp in the first instance.
