5. Can you imagine life in a Georgian terrace house? Do you know how it was heated and lit? Where would you have washed and gone to the toilet? Where was the food cooked and how did it get to the table? Can you imagine other aspects of life at the time?
6. Describe the typically Georgian features you see on the door in the photograph opposite (Fig. 29.8). Use sketches to illustrate the details.
