Patient system for venous access Instant patient isolation room
GAMA Healthcare will be introducing what is said to be the world’s first instant patient isolation room – the Clinell Rediroom. Deployed in under five minutes, Clinell Rediroom provides instant isolation, wherever needed. Rediroom enables patients to be isolated without sacrificing bed flexibility. It can be deployed within multi-occupancy bays, effectively isolating patients on contact and droplet precautions while freeing up side-rooms for other priority patients. The closed-state PPE unit can be wheeled to wherever it’s needed and, when opened, employs powerful yet quiet carbon and HEPA filtration fans which eliminate odour, regulate temperature and contain pathogens. The hands-free door-entry mechanism also helps reduce the risk of transmission or cross-contamination, while alcohol rub and PPE can be provided at point of use, promoting compliance. Rediroom incorporates a number of design features to promote IPC best practice, helping healthcare professionals comply with international guidelines and ensuring patient comfort. Rediroom meets a growing need across hospitals, aged-care facilities, outbreak situations, airports and military bases. Hall 16/G10-1
