1 lb boneless sirloin steak 1 (12 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise Organic Fresh Vegetables Fajita Blend 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground cumin 8 fajita-size flour tortillas, warmed ½ cup prepared guacamole Lime wedges, salsa, and cilantro, for serving
STEP 1 Preheat grill to medium-high. Thinly slice the steak and add to a large bowl along with the fajita vegetables, oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. STEP 2 Distribute steak and vegetables among 4 (12x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Fold sides of foil up around mixture. Roll tightly to seal. Grill packets for 4–5 min. per side. STEP 3 Carefully open packets. Serve beef and vegetables in the tortillas, topped with guacamole and desired toppings.

blackberries 1¼ cups lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)
STEP 1 In a medium pot, combine 1 cup water, sugar, and honey. Heat on high until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. STEP 2 Meanwhile, blend the blackberries and remaining 2 cups water until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pushing on solids. Stir in the lemon juice and sugar-honey mixture until well combined. Serve over ice.
