SPICY RANCH SNACK MIX

6 tbsp butter 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix ½ tsp ground cayenne 3 cups corn cereal squares 3 cups toasted rice
cereal squares 3 cups toasted wheat cereal squares 2 cups mini pretzel twists 2 cups cheese crackers
STEP 1 Line a large rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, ranch mix, and cayenne. Cover with vented plastic and microwave 1–2 min., until butter is melted. Stir to combine. STEP 2 In a very large bowl, combine the cereal squares, pretzel twists, and cheese crackers. Drizzle with butter mixture. Toss until well coated. STEP 3 Spread mixture out on prepared pan in thin layer to dry and cool. Store in airtight container up to 2 days.
