1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice or orange juice 2 cups ginger ale 2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
STEP 1 In a pitcher, combine blood orange juice, ginger ale, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice to 6 cocktail or coupe glasses and fill each 2
/3 sparkling wine, or seltzer. Garnish with blood orange slices.
TIP To make simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Let cool. Transfer to a glass jar or container and seal tightly. Simple syrup will keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
