MALMO SENSES IDS

The Senses Registered Embossed collection within the Malmo Rigid luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring range, replicates the look and feel of real hardwood flooring like never before, with the texture perfectly in line with the visual pattern of the woodgrain.

The range spans a breadth of colours ranging from dark warm tones, through to classic oaks, on trend greys and whitewashed effects to complement a broad range of decors. It offers three plank sizes and two multi-width options that give the illusion of different lengths and widths for a vintage, reclaimed look.

Offering excellent functionality, Malmo Senses is hardwearing and durable, resistant to indentations, will not chip or crack, is R10 slip resistant and is suitable for use with encased water piped underfloor heating systems. The vinyl tiles are easy to clean and maintain and are more sound absorbent and quieter underfoot than stone or hardwood equivalents, as well as naturally warmer to the touch.

Malmo Senses offers easy installation due to its advanced Välinge 5G click system which make it fast and easy to install with push down end joints offering extra stability. It offers a 1mm underlay and thicker wear layer of 0.55mm enhancing the standard Malmo Rigid warranty to 25 years for domestic use and 10 years for light commercial use. The entire range is available ex-stock from International Decorative Surfaces branches nationwide.

MOJAVE Cellecta

The Mojave system was introduced late 2019 to provide a dry, robust and reliable floor build up from one source. The insulation and heat diffuser plates are manufactured to suit any pipe from 10-20mm pipe, allowing existing or new pipe, manifold and temperature control system to be incorporated.

Sourcing the build-up elements as a system, rather than using individual components from a multitude of suppliers, saves on invoicing costs and lowers the environmental impact by reducing the number of deliveries to site. It also ensures that the quality and performance of the system is maintained reducing issues down the line by using inferior products.

Mojave’s XFLO routed high compressive strength XPS insulation boards ensures minimal movement in the floor and offers unrivalled compressive support. The option of Cellecta’s aluminium ULTRAplates or ULTRAfoil is offered to provide effective heat diffusion.

Mojave, first and foremost is a completely dry install which means no added moisture to the build. Eliminating the drying time of a traditional screed, helps improve build programmes and greatly reduced UFH commissioning.

Manufactured from 100% recycled gypsum and cellulose, ScreedBoard 20 has a unique interlocking tongue and grove edge details and can accept a multitude of floor finishes without the need for expensive and timely preparative measures. Greater response times are provided due to its excellent heat transfer properties, the board also carries an A1 fire rating (non-combustible), reducing the risk of fire, making a safer environment for occupants.
