WWW.RESINSURFACES.CO.UK Focus on people
Good people is a recurring theme in RSL’s success over the years and today there is a skilled and experienced team in place to help the company move to the next level. “We always encourage a family feel to the business,” Ivy continued. “I think that way people know they are part of something special, something that’s worth caring about.”
RSL has recently expanded its team with a newly appointed Business Development Manager (BDM) for the South East and is looking to put other UK BDMs in place in the Midlands and the South West to extend its sales reach.
The company prides itself on providing a complete solution to their customers from a single source – from specification to supply of systems from the ground works up.
Technical experts are on hand from start to finish, offering tailored specifications for each individual project to the client's requirements. This team will be expanded this year.
There is a proactive, mutually supportive network of UK and international installers who install RSL products to exact standards.
“It is an end-to-end service experience. Our installers know what is expected of them,” added Ivy.
The company serves a wide range of industries - from food and drink, automotive and aerospace to pharmaceutical and healthcare, retail, commercial and warehousing and education and prisons.
“There are not many flooring environments we don’t have a solution for,” said Ivy. Food and drink giants like Kerry Ingredients, Weetabix, Geest, Young’s Bluecrest, Coca Cola, Schweppes and KP Foods are testament to RSL’s reputation and its skills in providing bespoke solutions.
“Their Resuthane product range – which provides safe, seamless and hygienic flooring, especially for the food and drink sector - has become a UK best-seller.”
It’s also leading the international charge. “We have always wanted to provide quality epoxy and polyurethane systems globally and we now have distribution partners in Russia, Romania, Norway, Lithuania, Australia, Germany, Ireland and the Faroe Islands” said Ivy.
RSL is a long-standing member of FeRFA and the British Coatings Federation.
“We always
encouraged a family feel to the business. I think that way people know they are part of
something special, something that’s worth caring about.”
