Resin Surfaces Ltd (RSL) is a UK leading specialist manufacturer of resin systems. Their products are sold and installed worldwide from their Stockport base, driven by a passion for innovation, technical excellence and quality across the board.
RSL was set up in 1982 and has been based at its current head office and manufacturing site in Hazel Grove since 1995.
During the last four decades they have developed an extensive range of primers, epoxy resin floor coatings, epoxy resin floor screeds and self-smoothing finishes, polyurethane floor coatings, polyurethane floor screeds and self-smoothing finishes, wall coatings, anti-static flooring systems, cleaning and maintenance products.
Managing Director Ivy Wroe leads the firm, which employs 33 people and is enjoying another strong year of trading. She commented: “We continue to strengthen relationships with existing business, as well as attract new customers, giving us a great platform to sustain growth.” 2016 is already proving to be another year of progress as the company develops a cleaner, greener approach to product
manufacture, without compromising on performance - investing in new people and equipment and continuing to drive efficiencies into the manufacturing process.
Ivy explains: “We want to build on ground-breaking work of recent years to provide more environmentally-friendly products to our partner contractors and end customers, making them the products of choice in the future. As manufacturers we are always striving for greater efficiencies and to have excellent people in the business.”
RSL is enjoying another exciting year with a number of product launches, significant investments in production
equipment and more additions to the team.
Resin Surfaces Ltd (RSL) was awarded Manufacturer of the Year 2015 at the EN Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. It was also shortlisted for the 2015 Manchester Evening News Business of the Year.
