New 3M™ System Cuts Cleaning Time
In Half Cleaning dirt-encrusted griddles used to be one of the toughest jobs in a commercial kitchen, but thanks to 3M’s new Scotch-Brite™ Quick Clean Griddle Cleaning System, the job just got a whole lot easier.
Quick, safe and easy to use, the 3M Scotch-Brite system cleans fl at griddles in half the time of traditional griddle cleaning products, by incorporating a powerful but non-toxic liquid cleaner, which lifts and loosens carbonised food from the hot griddle surface. The food soil can then be easily scoured and polished away using HACCP
approved 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads, leaving a clean, hygienic griddle surface.
