Overdosing of detergent is more often the rule than the exception, and can lead to damaged linen and skin irritations. Traditional systems work on the assumption that the machine is always loaded to its nominal capacity, but in reality, we know that this does not always happen, and under loading of the machine is quite common. In most cases, information about linen weight isn’t transferred to the dosing system, so consequently, chemicals aren’t dosed correctly, resulting in damaged linen and higher costs.
The ability to defi ne the correct amounts of chemicals represents a real step forward, and requires the best technology of a real integrated system. Now, thanks to the Effi cient Dosing System from Electrolux, you will always have the best wash results at the lowest cycle cost.

So how does it work? At the beginning of each cycle, the Automatic Saving System, a standard feature on all Compass Control high and super spin washers and relevant wash programmes, determines the linen weight and adds the correct amount of water necessary for that particular cleaning process. The Effi cient Dosing System then allows the washer and the detergent dispensers to communicate with each other, and calculates the precise amount of detergent based on the linen weight and the selected wash program. With
customised options available for usage across various laundry segments, the results are signifi cant cost savings on water, energy and up to 20% savings on detergent.
The new system offers further benefi ts in terms of effi ciency and safety, due to the multi-language and automatic dosing functions, as well as having a positive impact on the environment, due to the control of chemicals in the process. Simple to install and very easy to use, operators do not need to select anything. An integrated USB port completes the system, allowing cost data and statistics to be gathered; just connect to your PC and you can download all of the reports in a few minutes.
