Integra Biosciences has recently acquired Miroculus, a leading biotechnology specialist that is dedicated to developing automation solutions for next-generation sequencing (NGS) protocols. With this acquisition, Integra is set to broaden its range of products for library preparation, providing valuable time-saving benefits to academic, research, and diagnostics laboratories that utilize NGS. Miroculus is based in San Francisco, California, and was founded to develop innovative and intuitive tools that simplify complex genomics protocols, making them accessible to a wider range of scientists.
