Autoclaves Offer All Round Energy Efficiency
Cylindrical (or round) chamber autoclaves tend to be supplied with the heating element directly in the actual sterilising chamber. Also, the inherent strength of a cylindrical design means that the stainless-steel wall is normally thinner. It means faster heating to the correct sterilising temperature, reducing the overall sterilising processing time.
Another significant advantage of this style is that due to thinner chamber walls it weighs less and is more economical to produce. This ultimately reflects in an overall lower cost.
