F-DGSi Lab Hydrogen Generator's Expanded Capabilities The F-DGSi H2 generator saves space and eliminates the risks associated

with storing high pressure cylinders, but also the hidden costs associated with piping connections, manometers, ordering, renting, delivering, servicing and maintaining cylinders.

The F-DGSi Hydrogen generators use the latest polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) technology to produce high purity hydrogen. The exclusive ‘No Maintenance’ gas column dryer regeneration system eliminates all down time for maintenance that is typical of other systems on the market, guaranteeing the best hydrogen purity at all times.

The exclusive cascading option allows up to 10 units to be connected in series, producing flowrates up to 12 litres! This feature gives the capacity to supply H2 simultaneously to multiple GC and GCMS units.

The system's internal self-diagnostic features, high visibility lighted display, internal/external leak detection and all the remote control and alarm capabilities increase lab safety and productivity.

The exclusive safety on the market to use H2 as carrier gas: don’t be afraid anymore to use H2 gas as carrier gas: thanks to our H2 sensor controlled by our H2 generator: in case of any leak inside the oven of the GC, the H2 generator will stop to produce.

The modular generator design allows it to be used individually or coupled to any one of the Zero air generators to form an all-in-one FID Gas Station solution for GC combustion detector applications.

The exclusive high pressure: the Hydrogen generator is able to give an outlet pressure up to 16 bar as an option.

This unique feature opens a wide range of new applications like: the operation of fuel cell, as well the filling of low pressure metal hydride canisters for operating portable GC or mobile systems.

F-DGS i offers 4 x ranges of laboratory hydrogen gas generators LC-H2 99.995%, ND-H2 99.9995%, PAR-H2 99.9999%, WM-H2 99.99999%.

With flow rates from 120 cc/min to 1200 cc/min depending on the models.

N2 Generators for LCMS, GC and General Applications

F-DGSi has taken huge steps to improve the functionality of its N2 generators. We have re- designed its core range of N2 gas generators and implement a serie of unique features and end user

benefits, making our N2 range, the most complete one and the best in the market.

Our Nitrogen gas generators are quieter, more efficient, technically advanced in terms of safeguards and offer the user more functionality in control than anything else on the market. To compliment our generators we also provide complete filtration and purification solutions for the feed air supply, together with post-treatment and gas storage systems.

For LCMS applications we can also offer both PSA and Membrane technology depending on the application and end user preference. The flow rate range allows single or multiple instruments to be supplied.

Our PSA NG series LCMS exists with different flow rates (12 L/Min to 40 L/min), with or without integrated compressor.

Our NG6/1 DF model provides dual flow Nitrogen gas to meet the drying, sheath, nebulisation and collision gas requirements of the AGILENT triple Quad or Q-TOFinstruments.

For GC application and general application we employ PSA technology to deliver best in class life expectancy. An integrated oil-free compressor is optional, but all generators provide N2 at purities ranging from 98% to 99.9995%. Zero Nitrogen and Combine N2 /AIR generators are available for more specific GC applications.

Circle no. 35 Air Generators for GC-FID, TOC

F-DGSi proposes three models: ZERO AIR without integrated compressor: produce dry and hydrocarbon-free air < 0.05 ppm, using catalytic technology and connecting it to a dry compressed air supply. Allows it to be used individually or coupled to any one of the F-DGSi H2 generators to form an all-in-one FID gas station solution for GC-FID applications

ULTRA ZERO AIR built in compressor: it uses the combination of high level filtration through a dryer and catalytic technologies to produce a clean and dry air with hydrocarbons down to

0.05 ppm, H20 dewpoint < -50°C. The generator is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen to display the process in real time.

TOC AIR GENERATOR built in/ without compressor: F-DGS’s TOC Air generators are some of the smallest and most efficient Hydrocarbon-free air and CO2 purifier systems for laboratory use. Utilising a heated catalyst technology which is combine with a CO2 removal air dryer to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm, CO2 less than 1 ppm and H20 dewpoint < -70°C. This TOC air station is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.
