Sampling the delights of the Revive Spa Afternoon at THE SALCOMBE HARBOUR HOTEL & SPA C “T

his was one of those assign- ments I wasn’t going to miss!

The hotel is situated in one of the most picturesque spots at the water’s edge and has uninterrupt- ed views of the estuary - it really is picture perfect and a fabulous place to spend time relaxing. An ideal way to do that to the max is to take ad- vantage of one of the spa packages on offer allowing you to spend time having a pampering treatment first and then continuing the chill out ex- perience with lunch or afternoon tea on the terrace or the restaurant with its fabulous view over the estuary. The package allows you to spend the afternoon (from 12pm) relaxing and using all of the facilities until your treatment is due. I opted for a Jessica manicure with the opportunity to take my nail polish home. Other packages on offer in- cluded an ESPA facial or an ESPA salt and oil body exfoliation with scalp massage. I was tempted by them all! My manicure experience did not disappoint. I have been spending rather too much time gardening so there was much to do! Holly, my lovely therapist, cheerfully and ex- pertly set about giving me a perfect
