Lakeside dining

at The Bulrush Bistro

With scenic views across beautiful Barnburgh Lakes, a stylish interior and welcoming ambience, the Bulrush Bistro combines all the ingredients to create a special experience whatever the occasion.

With talented head chef Desmond Pryce now in charge of cuisine, the food is certainly making a splash and the ripple effect beginning to spread from this tranquil spot on the edge of picturesque Barnburgh village. With a passion for quality produce, service and presentation, Des is setting the bar high and taking the Bistro’s culinary to a whole new level. The imaginative chef is now supporting owners Sue and Mark Anderson to transform the already popular Bistro into a must-visit venue by reinventing the menus, introducing delicious signature dishes and adding his own special twist to each memorable meal.
