It’s fair to say we have spared no expense with this one and installed brand new state of the art Technogym equipment to give the place a new lease of life.
Don’t have much time to train due of work? Get fit in a fraction of the time (30 mins to be precise) by taking part in one of our functional training sessions in our brand-new concept called Omnia located on the gym floor.
The winter weather disrupting your morning run? Well fear not, clever Technology allows you to connect apps such as Strava & Garmin that replicates your run inside, you can even join other people in the gym on our all new Technogym Skill Bike’s or Skill Run’s.
Want to check your body composition but tired of paying for this as an add on at your gym? No problem, our Tanita measurement service is completely free & you can use this service as many times as you please. (Other gym providers charge upto £30 per analysis).
Ever wanted to binge watch your favourite Netflix drama or update your Facebook status but the gym is getting in the way? Well why don’t you do both, on all our cardio equipment you can personalise your set up.
At some budget gyms a personal trainer is the only form of guidance that you will get and guess what?... you’ll have to pay for this service.
