The new showroom is uniquely designed to provide the perfect space to meet with the team, discuss your requirements and browse the huge product range.
Most jewellery purchased from Serendipity Diamonds is designed and made specifically for you. CAD designs and replica products to try on will help you choose the right product — and staff will personally scrutinise every piece upon arrival, to make sure it is exactly as it should be. Serendipity Diamonds’ staff have been trained both in store and at the Gemological Institute of America — and can explain to you the International Diamond Grading System, as well as the seven Pearl Value Factors and how their stock matches up. If you are purchasing a piece of jewellery to be worn for life, make sure you do your research.
Serendipity Diamonds first opened its doors in Bumbles Arcade, Wootton High Street back in 2007. Joint founder, Mark Johnson, had a wealth of experience in diamond merchants, starting as a diamond sorter in 1995, before working his way up to account manager. Serendipity Diamonds soon outgrew Bumbles Arcade and relocated to George Street, Ryde, where it secured its position as a well-known, reputable Island brand.
