BRIDDLESFORD MILK Briddlesford Farm’s Guernsey milk transforms lattes, mochas, cappuccinos and macchiatos, giving them a beautifully rich flavour and silky texture.

Quarr Honey is harvested from nearly 30 hives that are spread among the meadows, orchards and woodland edges of the Quarr Abbey estate. Quarr Bees collect nectar from the local trees, plants and wildflower meadows and the
resultant honey differs in colour and taste throughout the season. It is said that it’s healthier to eat honey produced close to where you live, so go on, indulge yourself.

TOMATO STALL’S OAK SMOKED TOMATO BALSAMIC
Vine-ripened Isle of Wight
tomatoes are slowly roasted to intensify their natural flavour, then smoked and steeped in a rich balsamic vinegar. Finished with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of Anglesey Sea Salt.
BLUE SLIPPER CHEESE Blue Slipper is a soft blue cheese, made by the Isle of Wight Cheese Company, named after the famous clay that lines the Island’s shores.
The cheese opens up and spills out when cut and is milder and milkier than the Isle of Wight Blue.
Only 250 Blue Slipper cheeses are made each week on the farm, all of which are shared among
retailers, stockists, hotels and restaurants on the Isle of Wight.
