hrough decades of experience working on private contracts, as well as with architects and contractors, the business
has extensive knowledge and understanding of its clients’ needs, whether it’s a modern property or a Grade II listed building.
Aikon Windows has recently been responsible for designing and fitting bespoke windows in five unique properties at new Bembridge development, Samphire Walk.
These new homes are situated in a luxury setting near Forelands Beach, surrounded by one acre of land for the exclusive use of residents.
In each property, a colonial-style front entrance is complemented by a surprisingly contemporary rear, with floor to ceiling windows on both the ground and first floor. The finish is simply breath-taking — and from the inside, provides residents with unspoilt views of Culver Downs.
Mr and Mrs Crosby, previously of Croydon, are excited to exchange contracts on one of the properties at Samphire Walk, after ten years of holidaying on the Island. Retirement
has encouraged them to finally relocate for good — and they couldn’t be happier about the house they have chosen to be their home.
“We absolutely love the style of the property, it is New England with a modern twist,” says Mr Crosby. “The living room is situated on the first floor, which gives us the ability to enjoy the views out of the lovely big windows.
“You can see that everything has been finished to the highest specification, with real attention to detail. It’s tripled glazed and fully insulated so we will be nice and warm throughout the winter.
“The sliding doors have been cleverly made so they glide easily across. They look heavy but they are really easy to manage and can be locked, while allowing a little air flow in if required.”
Mr and Mrs Crosby look forward to securing a moving date for early autumn.
Aikon Windows is proud to provide exemplary customer service to all of its clients, alongside top quality, reliable products.
