The elected Committee consists of the Chairman, two Vice Chairmen, the Secretary, the Treasurer and a maximum of 10 ordinary members.

Under Rule 5.9, Neil Bailey, David Hunter, Len Battyll and Chris Bass resign in rotation and offer themselves for re-election to the Committee.


Any paid-up Brooklands Trust Member may stand for election. Nomination forms for the BTM Committee were available from the BTM office but had to be returned by Wednesday 19th April 2017. Any motions for consideration at the AGM had to be submitted in writing to the Hon Secre- tary via Tim Morris the BTM Administrator by Wednesday 19th April 2017. This notice was posted well in advance of this date on the BTM website and in the e-mail newsletter.


Proxy votes may be sent to the Hon Secretary via the BTM office at the Museum before Wednesday 3rd May 2017.

It is not proposed to circulate the AGM papers to members. The full papers can be downloaded from our website www.brooklandsmembers. co.uk after Wednesday 26th April 2017. Alterna- tively telephone the BTM office for your copy on 01932 857382 extension 226 (Monday to Friday) or collect a set on the night. A bar will be open from 6.00pm and food will be offered.
