Hanin was previously part of the Cape Resorts family when he was executive chef for Chelsea Prime at The Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City.

Hershey - Hershey Entertainment and Resorts (HE&R) has named John Lawn as their new Chief Executive Officer. Lawn joined HE&R in 2004 as director, food and beverage, Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, and later went on to serve as assistant GM for the venue until being named president in October 2016. Prior to joining HE&R, he worked with clients at Yankee Stadium, FedEx Field, the Men's U.S. Open Championships, along with other sporting venues and with premier hospitality events throughout the country.
