The Pool at Harrah’s

that can accommodate up to 1,200 attendees.”

Caesars Entertainment also offers a variety of services and amenities in Atlantic City, such as a new fitness center that features state-of-the-art equipment and is open 24-hours a day. The Pool at Harrah’s recently under- went a $3 million transformation, as well. This redesigned venue is a warm 82-degrees all year long, and at night it serves as a premier nightlife destina- tion called The Pool After Dark. Also at Harrah’s, planners will find the Viking Cooking School, Waterfront Shops, a concert venue and a five-mile walking trail along the bay - all of which can act as unique amenities and venue options for groups.

“Caesars Entertainment does every- thing to assure that the meeting plan- ner has a perfect experience from start

to finish,” explains Harb. “Meeting plan- ners work with one sales contact and are given one contract with one food and beverage minimum, regardless of how many different venues and loca- tions they choose from in one destina- tion. This provides a better experience for the attendees and makes it easier for the planner.”

“Meeting attendees can stay at Harrah’s Atlantic City, have an opening recep- tion at Caesars Atlantic City and then have a closing party at Bally’s Atlantic City with a cocktail hour,” she contin- ues. “All of these activities would count under one food and beverage mini- mum, under one contract and through one single sales contact.”

Caesars Entertainment offers over 30 dining options for guests in its Atlantic City properties ranging from casual to fine dining, including: Gordon

Ramsay’s Pub and Grill; Buca di Beppo; Nero’s; Martorano’s; Morton’s, The Steakhouse; Guy Fieri’s Chophouse; the Beach Bar and many more. A group also could opt for a catered dining experience featuring waterfront views.

“We love to accommodate entertain- ment for our groups,” notes Harb. “Every week we have headliner per- formers, and our 1,200-seat concert venue can be used for shows or gener- al sessions. Occasionally, we’ll even see groups bringing in talent for a pri- vate performance.”

This past May, Harrah’s Atlantic City completed a $30 million guestroom renovation to its Bayview Tower. “The rooms are exquisitely appointed and designed with absolute comfort in mind,” says Harb. “Our Bayview Tower rooms come with unparalleled views of the bay and city.”
