Installing A One-Piece Pool
1. EXCAVATE - Hole is dug slightly larger than pool dimensions.
2. BASE - Sub base is laid subject to ground conditions. 3. DELIVER - Pool shell and fittings are delivered to site. 4. PIPEWORK - Below-ground pipes are fitted and pressure tested.
5. PAVE - Paving laid around pool to suit setting and pool use.
6. LAND DRAIN - Groundwater land drain and sump. 7. INSULATE - Insulation is laid on base. 8. POSITION/LEVEL - Pool is manoeuvred into position and level checked.
9. BACKFILL - Sides backfilled with sand and cement dry mix.
10. CONCRETE - Concrete pour to top 200mm around pool 11. SURROUND - Coping Stones reduce water slop and finish edge.
12. COMMISSION - Filtration system cleans pool within a few days.
