How would you compare the game from past to present in country?
The level of Indoor Volleyball is only im- proving slowly in Namibia, mainly due to the mentioned financial constraints. The level of Beach Volleyball is however improving at a significant rate, mainly fueled by increased number of international competitions.
How are high school and college students responding?
Namibia has an active schools volleyball league, which is run by the Volleyball com- mittee of the Namibian Schools Sports Un-
ion. National Youth teams are also participating each year in the Zone VI championships.
Namibia University, UNAM, as well as Namibia's Technicon and Polytech are registered as clubs with the Na- mibian Volleyball Federation and participate in the national league and other national competitions.

He was very impressed with the professional hosting of the tournament and as a result suggested Namibia as host for the first International Beach Volleyball Referees Course in Africa.
Also being hosted here from March 19-21, is the All Africa Games Zone VI Beach Volleyball Qualification tournament, at which two countries will qualify for the All Africa Games to be held in Mozambique in Sep- tember.
How many nations will take part in the showpiece?
Five countries will participate with two teams per gender each in this AAG Zone VI Qualifier. These are Na- mibia, South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. What will this hosting change in Namibian volleyball?
