October Hills PAUL McGUIRE

Paul’s work results from a fusion of art and mathematics. His algorithmic process of constrained disorder recreates complexity that evokes natural forms: the path of lightning through the air; the contour of a coastline, or of a mountain ridge; the billowing of clouds in a storm; the flow of water as it erodes and shapes a hillside.

These patterns reveal repeated discoveries as new interpretations and features unfold from the abstract and colorful details.
