SUMMARY
Board performance concepts provide instructors with an objective means by which to describe the outcome of movements and forces acting upon the snowboard. Knowing what the snowboard needs to do, and when it needs to do it to perform a task, enables instructors to target specific movements and movement blends to help students reach their goals.
