educational standards in sports massage and also advises on its development. David has his own practice, Edgeway Physiotherapy Consultancy based in Morecambe and much of his clinical work is with international athletes, cricketers and rugby league players. He is a medical advisor to the English College Football Association (ECFA) and the national team physiotherapist.
■ Kevin Catterall DPod.M MChS SRCH. Qualified as a podiatrist at Salford University and Manchester Foot Hospital. He has over 30 years experience practicing privately, in the NHS and as a lecturer in further education. A specialist in human biome- chanics, at Morecombe FC he has been involved in the success- ful treatment and rehabilitation of first team players, particu- larly in the prescription of in-shoe fully functional casted orthoses.
