Hans Rosemond Photography Timothy Dolensky competes this month at 2016 Progressive Skate America in Hoff man Estates, Illinois. Dolensky’s rise to Team USA status is the result of hard work on the ice and a commitment off the ice to make himself as strong, fl exible and as fi t as he can be. Dolen- sky, who is pursuing a degree in exercise and health science, performs a lot of body weight exercises such as pushups, situps and pullups to help achieve his athletic physique and skat- ing foundation. In this “healthy” issue of SKAT- ING, Dolensky and two dozen other members of Team USA share their tips on training, diet and living a healthy lifestyle.
