the next. Sail out to sea aboard a traditional dhow this morning as the captain and crew help you spot dolphins frolicking in the ocean blue. Cast anchor on a beach and have lunch in a paradise of white sands and turquoise sea; enjoy time for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, and view the beautiful coral reefs. Spend the afternoon exploring the backstreets of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its cobblestone lanes lined with faded mansions of Arabic, Indian, and European design – graced with elaborately carved doors and balconies – and redolent with outdoor spice and food markets. Then join us this evening for a seafood farewell dinner on the rooftop terrace of the Zanzibar Serena Inn. Meals BLD

LIFE IN NGORONGORO CRATER
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the few places in the world where people, livestock and wildlife live side by side in peace; you can sometimes see cattle belonging to Maasai herdsmen grazing alongside zebras here. The area’s crown jewel is vast, magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, where the density of wildlife makes it one of Tanzania’s best places to spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino.
International Airfare is additional. Call Tauck for special rates on international air, in coach or business, for travel originating in the US (subject to availability).
