Embedded Mitigation 13. Embedded mitigation relating to noise and vibration is summarised in Table 26.2 below. The final details of the construction mitigation would be developed once the exact plant types and locations are confirmed, this will be subject to procurement and contracting. The table first presents general mitigation measures, which would apply to all parts of the onshore electrical transmission works. Thereafter the table presents mitigation measures which would apply specifically to the landfall, onshore cable route and converter station are described separately.
14.
The operational noise emissions from the East Anglia THREE converter station are likely to be governed by similar draft DCO noise restriction to that placed on East Anglia ONE. Therefore EATL will commit to requirement that noise emissions attributable to the converter stations (i.e. alone or in-combination) shall not result in a noise level which exceeds 35dB LAeq 5min at Bullenhall Farm, Hill Farm and Woodlands Farm.
15.
Appendix 5.1 reproduces the Outline Code of Construction Practice presented for East Anglia ONE. A similar document will be produced to accompany the DCO application for East Anglia THREE, Appendix 5.1 therefore provides an example of the types of measures that will be proposed by EATL. Embedded mitigation measures consistent with the Outline CoCP relevant to noise and vibration are reproduced in Table 26.3.
