Gas Control Panel for Applications Requiring Constant Supply and Uninterrupted Pressure
New Data Acquisition System to be Shown at AQE 2017
Next to their proven Air Quality Data Management Software AquisNet, Kisters will present for the fi rst time in the UK, at AQE 2017, their all new AquisNetLOG data acquisition system for air quality monitoring stations. The unit comes with numerous serial ports, IP connection and optional analogue input channels. Data protocols for more than 200 market standard analysers and monitoring stations readily included. The turn key system features a web-based user interface for easy installation and confi guration. Data can be pre-processed and stored locally in up to three parallel circular buffers. Data is accessed via a SOAP interface. Alternatively, users can access data using a Cloud application.
Kisters’ AquisNet Data Management System is the congenial partner of the AquisNetLOG. Support for the SOAP interface to fetch data and upload confi gurations is readily available. In parallel, communication with further data acquisition systems remains an option. Currently Breitfuss, ENDAS, airpointer, airQmis, Daisy and Kisters’ own AquisNet DAS are supported – others on demand or via fi le import. AquisNet is thus the ideal software solutions for operators of heterogeneous air quality monitoring networks. AquisNet harmonises all data entering the system and generates a consistent database for long-term archiving and interactive data processing with plenty of automation function for tedious everyday tasks. AquisNet systems are highly scalable and adapt to all network sizes.

The Spec Master HPD6000 series two stage differential autochange control panels are designed for primary pressure gas control and distribution of non-corrosive or toxic, high purity gases up to grade 6.0 purity (99.9999%), in applications where a constant delivery pressure and uninterrupted supply is required.

Newly Released Continuous Particulate and Metals Monitor
Horiba is pleased to announce the release of their new continuous particulate and metals monitor the PX-375 for monitoring PM2.5, PM10 and Total Suspended Particulate Matter as well as the elemental composition of the dust.
The PX-375 uses two different technologies (Beta Attenuation and X-Ray Fluorescence) which are housed in a single 19” case.
With the new two layer non-woven PTFE fi lter tape, designed by Horiba, there is an improvement in detection sensitivity and with the integrated CMOS camera you are able to observe the collected sample and store images.

The type approval and QAL1 certifi cation of automated measuring systems has been an important topic for the manufacturers of automated measuring systems for several years. In-stack Particulate Emission and Velocity Measurement Systems
PCME Ltd, leading specialists for in-stack particulate emission and velocity measurement systems will be displaying the new QAL 360 Backscatter PM CEM at AQE 2017 Stand 47, which offers the latest TUV and MCERTS approval for 7.5 mg/m3, with QAL 1 to EN 15267-3.
Ultrasonic and differential pressure in-stack velocity sensors will also be on display together with the most recent addition to PCME’s Continuous Bag Filter Performance Dust Monitoring range, the DUST ALERT 40.
PCME will be joined by SWR Engineering, also part of the Environnement S.A Group of companies, demonstrating innovative powder fl ow instruments, including products to monitor the mass and fl ow rates of conveyed solids, together with level and moisture sensors.
