Just imagine for a moment that you want to make some improvements to your home. You find a builder who is personable, easy to talk to and knowledgeable in all aspects
of Spanish building. He speaks Spanish as well as English and is able to liaise with the local council on your behalf for plans and necessary permissions. He actually listens to what you want rather than telling you what he’ll do.
His friendly, yet professional attitude, gives you a feeling of confidence and you receive your quotation with a clear, understandable breakdown of costs. You agree to go ahead and your builder arrives on the agreed day with his crew and the work proceeds smoothly. Maybe you need to nip to the UK, no problem. Your builder sends updates and photos by email so you can be sure all is still running smoothly.
When the work is finished, your new improvements have added value to your property and to your enjoyment of your home, aided by the quality of the workmanship involved, and you and your builder part as friends. In fact, you start thinking about all the other jobs that need doing as you feel that happy.
