We’ve got the numbers! Insurance: Why Local Is Best

by Claire Johnstone - Agent for DKV

Insurance is one of those necessary purchases, whether it is car insurance, home insurance, health insurance or funeral plans.

We all want the best deal; the best cover for the lowest price. But when we need to claim, the price part of the deal is of least importance; the best cover and the most helpful and sympathetic personal support is the priority.

I am an insurance agent and it’s my job to help people, both when finding the right cover, and when they need to make a claim. I fully understand that there might be a cheaper headline price for a policy being sold direct or through (for example) a bank, but when you buy insurance from me, you can be sure that should the need for a claim arise, you already know me, you know where you can find me, and you can be assured that I’ll do everything in my power to ensure your claim is dealt with in an efficient and sympathetic manner.

I represent DKV and specialise in health insurance (as well as life, home and contents and funeral insurance). I chose DKV because I believe they offer exceptional cover and support me in serving my customers. But moreover, I know DKV have the connections in place with local doctors, hospitals and other medical facilities. A cheap policy is no good if you don't have access to these professionals local to you.

So, if you’re thinking about health plans, or even have one but would prefer a more personal and caring service, then call me, Claire Johnstone, for an initial chat.

I’m based on the northern Costa Blanca and I

look

forward to hearing from you and showing you why when it comes to insurance, local is best!
