Teacher Training Open House at The Yoga Loft
T
he Yoga Loft offers an open house for prospective stu- dents from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., September 14, to meet the tal- ented and highly experienced faculty of their 200-hour yoga teacher certification program. The program is registered with the National Yoga Alliance. If a personal dream is to become a yoga teacher or deepen a yoga practice, this is the ideal program. Students learn about asana (postures), anatomy and align-
ment, yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing), restorative yoga and teaching methodology, including how to sequence and theme yoga classes for beginners and up. Graduates of this program are recognized for their excellence and currently teach at yoga studios, colleges and universities, health clubs, spas, retreat centers and hospitals across the country.
