special First Sunday event, beginning at 12:30 p.m., October 4, to join hands and hearts to help prepare the Greenshire gardens by picking vegetables, weed- ing, trimming bushes and clearing and chipping paths for the fall/winter season. A delicious seasonal feast prepared by a Greenshire holistic chef and nutritionist will be served at 2:30 p.m. Guests may also bring their own special dishes to share. Following the feast, guests can relax, dream and just be in the beautiful gardens, nature trail and stone amphitheater, bring an instrument for some musical celebration and meet upcoming presenters. Greenshire is dedicated to helping people improve the quality of life by exploring new horizons through holistic stud- ies, retreats and community involvement. It is supported by volunteer efforts and cash donations. Donations are welcome for the grounds beautification fund.
