athy Harrington, of Bethlehem Nutri- tion and Wellness Center, will make a presentation, Learn How to Get Off Sugar, explaining how to stop crazy sugar crav- ings and stay healthy at 7 p.m. September 15, in Bethlehem. Participants will receive quick ideas for easy meals, cooking tips, recipes and more that will help them re- duce the negative health effects of sugar. “Our belief that the body has the ability to heal itself when given the proper tools,” states Harrington. “My goal is to help you achieve optimal health and vital- ity. Optimal health is more than just the absence of disease, but is characterized by increased energy, vitality and balance within the body. Sugar is the root cause of many chronic conditions.”
