Another new venue in Lancaster County is the Warehouse Hotel, which is slated to open in mid-May as part of the Spooky Nook Sports complex located in Manheim. The hotel will be able to accommodate those participating in sports tournaments at the complex on site, as well as those who utilize the facility’s trade show and meeting space.
In 2014, the Hotel Lancaster in down- town Lancaster transformed its entry location, lobby and reception area, and its 134 overnight rooms - all of which are now open under new, local owner- ship that is shining the former Brunswick Hotel property back to its historic luster.
Refreshing Mountain in Stevens opened an additional meeting complex on site in 2014, adding three separate meeting rooms that feature seating capacities of 50, 70 and 200 people, respectively. The property also added six new cabins to
the original seven on property this past March. The cabins can be rented in small clusters all the way up to the entire layout of 13 to accommodate groups as small as four or as large as 100 people.
In downtown Lancaster, root is a new vegan and vegetarian restaurant and bar that is set to open in May.
In June, a three-story venue called 26 East is slated to open downtown and will feature the Bistro Barberet and Bakery on its first floor, event space on its second floor, and the Altana Restaurant on its third floor. Altana also will offer additional seating and dining opportunities on its rooftop terrace.
For something new in entertainment, take in "Josiah for President" at the Bird- in-Hand Stage; the original Inspire pro- duction at American Music Theatre; or the amazing Magic Lantern shows at the
Amish Experience. For fun or team building, be sure to check out the recently opened Sky Zone indoor tram- poline park, as well as Landing Zone tactical laser tag facility.

The Lancaster County Convention Center and adjoining Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square seamlessly incorporate the 110-year-old Beaux Arts facade of the landmark former Watt & Shand department store into this complex that offers a combined 90,000-square feet of meeting space and 299 guest rooms.
Over the past few years, the Best Western Premier Eden Resort and Suites has refurbished its meetings space and guest rooms, and has greatly expanded its outdoor recreational area. The resort features 25,000-square feet of function space and 284 guest rooms.
