Factors to Consider


• Proper audio coverage is vital! Keep in mind that you will be fighting against uncontrollable elements such as wind and ambient noise from nearby streets/parking lots/public areas.


• Be sure to use the right kind of sound system and the right microphones.


• For video, projection will typically not be a viable option, as you will have to fight against sunlight and wind. LED walls are a better way to go, but will cost more.


• When under a tent or in the evening, if you are using cameras for IMAG or recording, be sure to include a lighting plan into your budget. Money spent on the camera equipment and labor is money well spent. Poor lighting can ruin your recording.
