Pet Food Warehouse St. Petersburg 727.521.6191

Pet Food Warehouse has a diverse and huge selection of sham- poos, conditioners and other personal care products for a dog’s every need. From ear cleaner and toothpaste, to deodorizing in-between bath spritzers, paw and nose rubs, they have every- thing to keep your dog clean, healthy and smelling good.

Customers want products that are more green and envrionmentally friendly. “For one thing, it’s inevitable that dogs will lick their skin or fur. For another, what goes down the drain ends up in our waterways. So it makes sense to look for products that are non-toxic and biodegradable,” said Susie Kupfer, co-owner of Pet Food Warehouse, St. Petersburg.

Pet parents are some of the most savvy consumers in the

marketplace today. They’re researching, looking for products that are human grade and all-natural. These products tend to be gen- tler and safer for their pets. Yvonne Guibert, owner of Groovy Cats & Dogs, a wholistic pet boutique in Tampa, agrees. “Before there were antibiotics, antifungals or antiseptics, there were essential oils. For instance, the Cain & Abel line really has the ability to heal without using any harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients.” Yvonne recommends shampoos that do not have sodium chloride which is salt. “As with anything, read the label before putting anything in or on your pets,” adds Yvonne.
