Ansley and Mitchell were joined as husband and wife on April 13, 2013 in front of over 200 guests. Her bouquet was wrapped in her great-great grandmother’s handkerchief that was also carried by Ansley’s mom on her wedding day. She wore two garters - one (which was blue) worn by her mother on her wedding day. Mitch- ell gave Ansley a princess cut solitaire with two diamond bands. In return, she gave him a comfort fitted tungsten band from Hu- lon Jewelers. The wedding reception leſt guests in awe. “It was a breathtaking view of old live oak trees with Spanish moss hang- ing down and the intracoastal waterway in the background. I also chose this perfect setting for my portrait session.” Flowers not only adorned the church, but the reception hall as well. “We had greenery and white bows for the church with one elaborate floral arrangement in the narthex in memory of our lost loved ones. We used exquisite floral arrangements of hydrangeas, calla lilies, roses and greenery to create the perfect wedding reception ven- ue. Candles and floral arrangements flowed onto the screened porch, which overlooked the beautiful view of the waterway.” Guests were entertained by a local band and had a wide vari-

ety of delicious food to indulge in. “Our food was set up cocktail style with hors d’oeuvres such as: chicken satay, spring rolls, a J. Dan mustard glazed ham carving station, a roast round of beef carving station, Murrells Inlet shrimp and grits, fruit, cheese and vegetable display. We also had a tea and lemonade station and assorted beverages. The food was delicious! The presentation and staff serving were professional and friendly. We also had a candy bar that was set up for the children but was enjoyed by ev- eryone!” Their four tier cake - consisting of vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and squares covered in white buttercream icing with pearl borders and dots around the sides - was a hit amongst guests. For their honeymoon, the couple traveled to Cancun with the help of Unlimited Travel & Cruises, LLC. Ansley recalls that day, “It was everything I could have ever imagined. We enjoyed every mo- ment. The weather was perfect, it was stress free and everything went as planned. I experienced so many emotions on that special day. I felt the love and support from our family and friends, be- ing all together to share this time in our lives. I was so happy and excited for Mitchell and I to begin our lives together as one. Our wedding day was definitely a dream come true.” Nine months later, the couple still glows in marital bliss. “Mar-

ried life so far has been an exciting, fun and learning experience for both of us. We hope and pray it is just the beginning of a life long journey together. I love the fact that I believe with all of my heart God chose Mitchell for me to spend the rest of my life with. That sense of security is what I love most. I also have enjoyed making a house into a home, and I look forward to starting a family!”

Ansley Boyce Moore resides in Marion with her husband, Mitchell. She is a registered dental hygienist for Dr. Paul T. Davis in Florence.
